Estate Clean-Outs & Donations

After securing the items you want to take with you, we typically start by sorting for donations and conclude with trash and recycling services.

Home Sale Preparation

When it is time to list a home and it is not in picture-ready condition, the Changing Places team is ready to assist.  Collaborating with your realtor, we define the vision and scope for presenting the home for sale.  We work with homeowners to declutter and depersonalize, often relocating furniture, wall hangings and window coverings.  This process opens up the home, creating an appealing for your target buyer.
